As a part of the Hertfordshire Behaviour Strategy, Education Support Centres (ESCs)/Academies and Primary Behaviour Services are commissioned to provide educational provision for pupils recognised by the Local Authority as at risk of permanent exclusion. This will include: Children Looked After and pupils with identified special educational needs, some of which may on occasions hold an Education, Health and Care Plan.

The DSPL2 Primary Behaviour Board meet each month to discuss individual cases and referrals.
