The ambitions of the SEND strategy 2022-2025 are embedded within all areas of DSPL2 support.

DSPL2 Strategic Plan 2023-2024 Priorities:

1. Supporting mainstream schools and settings with SEND pupils.

2. Reducing the number of young people who are not in education, employment or training post 16.

3. To provide support through Local High Needs Funding.

4. Supporting social, emotional and mental health needs across all phases.

5. To coordinate 6/7 transition.

6. To plan support for 11-16 year olds young people who are not attending school due to emotional based school avoidance.
